Ultravana^® Period Pain Relief Tablets

When you first start to experience period pain, you should take two tablets initially, and then one tablet after 6-8 hours if needed. On the second and third day you should take one tablet every 6-8 hours if needed. You should not take more than 3 tablets in one day. Swallow the tablets whole with water, with or after food. Do not break or crush the tablets.

Ultravana can be taken for a maximum of 3 days during each menstrual cycle.

Ultravana® contains the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) naproxen. Ultravana® provides long-lasting pain relief from dysmenorrhoea (more commonly known as period pain), helping you to get on with your day or night. As it is gastro-resistant, Ultravana isn't absorbed in the stomach, instead it is absorbed when it reaches the small intestine.

Ultravana® provides effective period pain relief for up to 12 hours. 

Ultravana is used to treat painful periods in women aged 15 to 50 years.

Evana® and Ultravana® are able to be taken together and are not known to interact. However we recommend speaking to your pharmacist before purchasing both to make sure they are both suitable for you.
