Terms and Conditions Trustpilot Prize Draw

The Trustpilot prize draw will be drawn quarterly on the dates listed below:

  • 3 April 2025 (for reviews received between 1 January – 31 March 2025)
  • 3 July 2025 (for reviews received between 1 April – 30 June 2025)
  • 3 October 2025 (for reviews received between 1 July – 31 September 2025)
  • 7 January 2026 (for reviews received between 1 October – 31 December 2025)

One winner will be selected by random computer generation on the dates listed above. The winner will be contacted via Trustpilot direct message or email on the same day as the prize draw. The prize provided for each draw will be 1 x £500 Amazon shopping voucher.

  1. The promoter of the Trustpilot prize draw series is Maxwellia Ltd (company no. 08573637) whose registered office is 30s1a-D Alderley Park, Alderley Edge, East Cheshire, England, SK10 4TG
  2. The free prize draws are open to residents of the United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over except employees of Maxwellia Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition. The prize draw is open to anyone that has left a Trustpilot review for Evana Heavy Period Relief or Ultravana Period Pain Relief.
  3. There is no entry fee to enter the prize draw. To enter, visit Trustpilot.com, search for Evanaperiods.com, and leave a review for Evana or Ultravana on the brand page.
  4. By entering the prize draws an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Only one entry per prize draw will be accepted per person. Multiple entries via multiple reviews from the same person will be disqualified.
  6. The Trustpilot prize draw will be drawn quarterly, with one prize per quarter. Each new prize draw will begin at 00:01am and will close at 23.59pm for the date periods specified above. The winner will be chosen at random on the dates specified above and the winner will be contacted via the Trustpilot platform or email. The winner will need to contact [email protected] to claim their prize within 14 days of receiving notification of their win.
  7. Maxwellia does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. By entering this prize draw you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry and to contact you about your entry. The promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
